Ananya Adhikary, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated 25th August, 2025 and she prays for correction of the same. On perusal of the order dated 25th August, 2025, it is revealed that in the order the case number has wrongly been typed as <WPA 16362 of 2024= instead of <WPA 16362 of 2025.= The other portion of the order dated 25th August, 2025 shall remain the same.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
