The writ petition has been filed consequent to the diverse information provided by the concerned officer. The SPIO who supplied the information under the Right to Information Act ought to have acted in a more cautious and careful manner so that incorrect information is not passed on to an applicant resulting in filing litigation before the Court.

Learned advocate representing the petitioner seeks the answer key to the questions of the OMR. Learned advocate for the Council is directed to transmit the answer key to the learned advocate for the petitioner by 16th August, 2024.

On a perusal of the report filed by the Chairman, it appears that both the petitioners secured marks far

less than the cut off marks and accordingly there is no scope for their appointment.

In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioners in the instant writ petition. The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
