Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that although there was a direction of expeditious disposal of the trial by the previous order, trial could not be disposed of in view of the ongoing pandemic. He submits that considering the age of the petitioner and the period of detention, bail should be granted.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents of the case dairy. She submits there is hardly any change in circumstances subsequent to the order of rejection of the petitioner. Considering the fact that there is hardly any change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection of bail and considering the fact that ongoing pandemic is

affecting the Court proceedings also, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

CRM 7250 of 2021 is dismissed.
