The subject-matter of this revisional application relates to a proceedings under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, where a sum of Rs.2,000/- was awarded by way of an interim maintenance to the wife and another sum of Rs.2,000/- to the minor daughter.
The petitioner before this Court happens to be the o.p./husband.
Having regard to the foundation on which the Learned Judicial Magistrate (1st Class), 5th Court, Hooghly, in Misc. Case No. 172 of 2019 passed an order dated 07.04.2022 for the purposes of awarding interim maintenance, I am of the opinion that the quantum is so meager that the same do not call for any interference.
Accordingly, no interference is called for in this revisional application.
Accordingly, CRR 2714 of 2022 is dismissed.
Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta.
