2. Charge-sheet is stated to have been filed.

3. This being a case of murder, there is eyewitness accounts implicating both the petitioners in the alleged assault on the deceased.

4. In view of the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to exercise our discretion in favour of the petitioners under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is rejected.
