The report as called for has been submitted on behalf of the prosecution which confirmed the death of Hari Shankar Yadav son of late Raghunandan Yadav who expired on 21st January, 2021. Let the report be kept with the record.

This appeal was filed against the judgement and order of acquittal in case No. SL. 410 of 2014 arising out of R.P.F, Liluah Workshop, post case No. 05 of 2007, dated 01.05.2007 under Section 3 (a). R.P. (up) Act, 1966 and the learned trial Court passed the order of acquittal on 30th November, 2018 against which this appeal was filed on behalf of the State.

In view of above, development as the sole respondent has expired there is no reason to further proceed with the appeal. 4.

Hence this revisional appeal is dismissed being abated.
