This is an application filed under Section 401/482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of the Order dated 29th July, 2011 passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, Canning, Sub-Division, South 24 Parganas in M.P. Case No. 828 of 2011.

On perusal of the application, the impugned Order and other materials on record, it appears that exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed on merit.
