2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has prayed for withdrawal of this revisional application with a liberty to file appropriate application before the proper forum.

3. This revisional application has been filed only on account of a notice pasted on the wall of the house of the petitioner.

4. Both the learned counsel for the parties to this revisional application are present. The Investigating Officer is also present in Court today.

5. It is not disputed that the petitioner is not involved in this case in any manner and he was not even charge-sheeted.

6. Under such circumstances, the revisional application stands dismissed as not maintainable.

7. Petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate application before the proper forum.
