The petitioner complains that the private respondent is interfering with the cultivation of land belonging to him. It is submitted that a complaint has been lodged with the Balagarh Police Station HRPD. The police did not take any steps.

Counsel for the State produces instructions of the Officer-in-Charge, Balagarh P.S. dated November 22, 2021 addressed to the Government Pleader. The same is taken on record. It appears that on receipt of complaint from the petitioner a proceeding under Section 107 has been drawn up.

In that view of the matter, reserving rights of the parties to approach a civil court for settlement of their disputes, the officer-in-charge Balagarh Police Station is hereby directed to ensure that there is no breach of peace in

the area and should continue to maintain a regular vigil thereat.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
