ssd CRR/2160/2015 MUKTINATH JHA VS STATE OF WEST BENGAL & ORS This is an application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. directing against the order dated 18.08.2014 passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Howrah in Criminal Revision No.135 of 2013 whereby the revisional application was dismissed for default on 15th July, 2015 by the Coordinate Bench of this Court.

The application for restoration of recalling order was recalled vide order dated 1st October, 2015. On 16.12.2015 the petitioner was directed to serve a copy of the application upon the Opposite Party no.1/State through the learned Public Prosecutor, High Court, Calcutta as well as the opposite parties.

Since thereafter the matter never appeared in the list.

No stay order was granted.

Today also none appears for the parties and the matter is running in the Warning List since 20.02.2025.

In view of the above, this Court is of the view that there is no need to keep the matter pending and the same stands dismissed for default.

Let a copy of this order be forwarded to the learned District and Sessions Judge, Howrah.
