Mr. Dyutiman Banerjee, Mr. Souvik Das ...for the appellant By reason of a typographical error in the 7th line of paragraph 2 and in the 7th and 8th lines of internal page 6 of the judgment dated 16th February, 2023, the word 'undertaking' has been incorporated as 'understanding'. In the 9th line of internal page 6 of the judgment dated 16th February, 2023 a date has been incorporated as '15th March, 1994' in place and stead of '5th March, 1994'.

Office is directed to effect necessary correction in the judgment dated 16th February, 2023.

This rectification shall be deemed to have been incorporated in the judgment dated 16th February, 2023. The other portions of the judgment shall remain unaltered.
