Vs Smt. Rupali Paul Ms. Tanuka Basu Mr. P. P. Das .....for the Petitioners.

This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), 2nd Court, Barasat to dispose of the Title Suit No.390 of 2022 expeditiously.

Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1 is a widow and the petitioner no.2 is the daughter of the petitioner no.1.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners further submits that the suit is at the peremptory hearing stage and a direction be passed upon the learned Trial Judge to dispose of the same expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to issue notice upon the opposite party.

However, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite party or upon the learned advocates representing her before the learned Trial Court.

From the order-sheets appended to this revisional application, this Court finds that July 25, 2025 has been fixed for peremptory hearing of the suit.

C.O. No.2640 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), 2nd Court at Barasat to make an endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit No. 390 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
