Petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by non-consideration of the representation dated 09.07.2025 which was addressed to the Inspector-in-Charge, Karimpur Police Station. State has submitted a report which reflects that Karimpur PS Case No.

149/25 dated 18.07.2025 has been registered for investigation. Mr. Ray, learned advocate appears for the respondent no. 10 against whom the case has been registered.

Be that as it may, since steps have been taken, further directions in the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, WPA 16663 of is disposed of.

Report submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.
