Claiming parity with the co-accused Asim Mali @ Ashim Mali, the prayer for renewal of anticipatory bail is made. 2.

The learned counsel for the State submits that the present petitioner is not similarly placed as Asim Mali @ Ashim Mali as there are trail of money transactions between the petitioner and the co-accused who is presently in custody. 3.

Prima facie a money trail being established, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is rejected. 5.
