1. This petitioner by way of this public interest writ petition seeks for action to be taken alleging that there is illegal encroachment of the river embankment by the private respondents.

2. The learned Government counsel appearing for the State pointed out that the writ petition is bereft of particulars.

3. Considering the said fact, we dispose of the writ petition by granting liberty to the writ petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation to the authorities giving full particulars which shall be considered in accordance with law.
