Mr. Ranabir Roychowdhury, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State.

Having regard to the contentions so advanced by the senior advocate appearing for the petitioners, I am of the view that the petitioners would be at liberty to agitate the points so canvassed in the revisional application at the stage of consideration of charge.

With the above observations, CRR 2241 of 2021 is disposed of.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Learned Trial Court is directed to independently consider the issues raised by petitioner without being influenced by any observations made by this Court.
