Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner was aggrieved as the police authorities were not properly proceeding with the investigation. A report has been submitted on behalf of the State as directed on 30.01.2025. Report reflects that in connection with Haripal PS Case No.

328/2022 police authorities have submitted their charge sheet on or about 30.06.2024.

Having regard to the fact that charge sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court, if the petitioner is aggrieved by any of the inaction of the police authorities in course of investigation for not collecting any material, petitioner would be at

liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court under the relevant provisions of law. Learned Magistrate would if such an application is filed, dispose of the same within a period of 60 days from filing of such application.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 16509 of 2023 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
