By this writ petition, petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent/Manager, District Central Cooperative Bank in considering his representation dated 8th July, 2022 being annexure P/5 to the writ petition making prayer for disclosing the details of bank account of his father who has expired on 23rd June, 2021, according to the petitioner.

Considering the submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 17016 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 3 and 4 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 8th July, 2022 made by the petitioner and the prayer made in the aforesaid representation, in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking

order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representatives, within ten days from the date of communication of this order.

While considering the aforesaid representation any formalities which are required to be complied with, on the part of the petitioner, shall be communicated by the respondents to the petitioner and if petitioner fails to comply such formalities the respondent concerned will not be bound to consider the aforesaid representation.

With this observation and direction this writ petition stands disposed of.
