In this writ petition the petitioner has challenged the order dated June 1, 2007 issued by the Registrar of Calcutta University communicating the rejection of his prayer for re-employment beyond July, 31, 2007. The prayer of the petitioner has become infructuous due to passage of time.

Accordingly, WPA 15049 of 2007 is dismissed as infructuous.
