The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the private respondents are interfering with the civil right to a property.

Counsel for the private respondents also makes the same allegations against the petitioner.

Admittedly, there are civil deputes between the parties in respect of a land.

The remedies of the petitioner and the private respondents are before an appropriate civil forum to have their disputes adjudicated in accordance with law. The police have no role to play in the civil disputes between the parties.

However, complaints made by the parties against each other, shall also be properly looked into by the Shyampur Police. The Shyampur Police shall also ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

The parties undertake before this Court, not to create any breach of peace and have their civil disputes settled before an appropriate civil forum.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
