As the State respondents are not in a position to fix a time frame within which the Presiding Officer of 1st Industrial Tribunal is likely to be appointed, justice would be sub served if the proceeding initiated by the petitioner which is pending since long, is transferred by the appropriate authority/officer to the 4th Industrial Tribunal within a week after reopening of the Court after puja vacation.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 3.

However, there will be no order as to costs.
