Report filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the local police station alleging commission of cognizable offence. Yet, the same was not registered. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the private respondents submits that the alleged purported no objection annexed to the writ petition as "Annexure P-1" is disputed. A case has already been started by the present private

respondent over this which is pending.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the report and submits that a specific FIR being Kalyani PS Case No. 475 of 2023 dated 31.07.2023 has already been registered on the complaint of the present petitioner. It is germane to mention that on the complaint of the other side, a case was earlier started being Kalyani PS Case No. 457 of 2023 dated 27.07.2023. Investigation is going on in both. I have heard the submissions of the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties and have perused the writ petition and the report filed by the State.

It appears that the prime grievance of the petitioner has already been addressed as specific FIR has already been registered.

Therefore, no further order need be passed in this case.

Since affidavits were not called for, allegations are deemed not to have been admitted.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of without any costs.
