In the matter of : Surajit Das ..... Petitioner Mr. Anirban Mitra ...for the CBI Learned advocate for the petitioner was not represented in the first call. In the second call also, no one appears for the petitioner.

Mr. Mitra, learned advocate representing CBI, submits that he is no more inclined to hold the brief on behalf of CBI. Accordingly, CRR 2165 of 2017 stands dismissed for default.
