Petitioner renews the prayer for bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 516 days and that another co-accused was granted bail by the jurisdictional Court. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary and to the contents of the order rejecting the prayer for bail. Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the involvement of the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner as there is hardly any change in circumstances subsequent to the last order of rejection of the bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail, C.R.M. 7257 of 2021, is rejected.
