The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the private respondents are effecting construction on his land.

Counsel for the private respondents submits that he is effecting construction on land belonging to him after due sanction from the local municipal corporation. Disputes in respect of the title of the land and demarcation thereof shall be taken up by the parties before an appropriate civil forum.

Chandipur Police shall not enter into the civil disputes between the parties.

Chandipur Police, however, shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
