Learned lawyer on behalf of the petitioner appears and submits that necessary direction may be given to the learned trial Court for speedy disposal of this case within a specified date.

Learned advocate on behalf of the State does not stand in this way. He submits that necessary order may be passed giving necessary direction.

After careful perusal of the record, I find a necessary request may be made to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Krishnanagar, Nadia for early disposal of this case. Accordingly, the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Krishnanagar, Nadia is requested to dispose of the case in connection with Dhubulia Police Station Case No. 68 of 2017 dated 30.03.2017 under Sections 3/4/5/7/8 of Immoral Traffic Act, as

expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to file an application before the trial Court for preponing the case fixed on 19th July, 2022.
