Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that regularly for the last 8 years the private respondents have been raising temporary construction for performing puja festival and thereby encroaching the land of the petitioner.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that a civil court order has been passed in TS No. 169/2020. It has also been stated that the property in issue is an undemarcated property. Since the learned advocate appearing for the private respondent submits that they had been carrying out the puja festival at the Government

land, there is no possibility of encroachment on the property of the petitioner.

In view of the contentions advanced by the private respondents, police authorities would only ensure that the land of the petitioner is not encroached so far as the temporary structure and/or any activity of the puja festival is concerned. With the aforesaid observations WPA 16461 of 2025 is disposed of.
