Ms. Sutapa Sanyal ... for the State Affidavit of service filed be kept with the record. Mr. Kanishk Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has challenged the notice issued upon the petitioner but communication has already been made to the authority concerned for time to reply.

Mr. Amitesh Banerjee, learned advocate for the State submits that the writ application is not maintainable and filed beyond jurisdiction as the notice issued is by the Delhi Police.

At this stage Mr. Sinha, learned advocate seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh. Considered.

Accordingly, the writ application being WPA 17588 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file application afresh. No costs.
