2. Learned advocate for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the writ petition. Since transfer application was made by the petitioner on medical ground but disease, which was disclosed in the transfer application, is not notified disease which would not enable the petitioner to take transfer.

3. Respondents are represented by learned advocates.

4. In view of aforesaid submission writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

5. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to apply afresh for transfer in accordance with law.
