The writ petitioner claims that the private respondent no. 8 has illegally evicted him from his premises and is occupying the same. The writ petitioner lodged a complaint to the Khatra Police Station but in vain.

This Court is of the view that the disputes between the petitioner and the private respondents are purely civil in nature and appropriate remedies under civil law may be availed by the petitioner.

The O. C., Khatra Police Station shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area. The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
