1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has submitted that the revisional application was dismissed at the motion stage and it is also submitted that the petitioners are the permanent resident of East Sikkim.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has further submitted that there was delay of 59 days in filing the restoration application and the delay has been duly explained in paragraph 8 of the application and the necessary documents have also been annexed with the application.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the explanation is found satisfactory.

4. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 2 of 2025 stands disposed of.

In Re: CRAN 1 of 2025

5. This is an application for restoration of the revisional application being CRR 2816 of 2024 which was dismissed on 2nd December, 2024 on account of absence of the petitioners without making any prayer for accommodation. The grounds of absence have been explained in the application itself.

6. Prayer for restoration stands allowed.

7. CRR 2816 of 2024 be restored to its original file and number.

8. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of.

9. Let the matter appear two weeks after the ensuing puja vacation, 2025 under the heading 'Motion'.

10. Liberty is given to the petitioners to make necessary correction for addition of the company as one of the petitioner.
