Joint application made by the petitioner and the private respondent seeking mutual transfer is pending consideration at the end of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education.

Without going into the merit of the application that has been filed, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Secretary of the Board to consider the application at the earliest, but, positively

within a period of ninety days from the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the parties immediately thereafter.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward the application seeking transfer to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

Instruction forwarded by the Assistant Secretary, to the Government of West Bengal signed on 7th August, 2024 be retained with the records. Writ petition stands disposed of.
