Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of earlier direction for police assistance, he faced subsequent resistance by the private respondent and to that effect, informed the police station on or about 27.11.2023, but was without any remedy. State has submitted a report which reflects that the earlier orders were complied with by the police authorities. Attention of the Court has been drawn to the last of the enclosure to the report which is a communication dated 02.11.2023 made by the petitioner to the Officer-in-Charge, Madhabdihi Police Station.

In view of the report submitted by the police and the said date of communication, I direct that the order dated 17.04.2023 passed in WPA 26256 of 2022 and the order dated 18.10.2023 passed in

WPA 21872 of 2023 be strictly complied with by the police authorities. If there is any violation, police authorities would ensure that the individual who is attempting to resist the orders of the High Court be taken to task.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 16460 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
