Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary including the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the medical report.

Considering the gravity of the offences and involvement of the petitioner and the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail, C.R.M. 7263 of 2021, is rejected.
