1. By order dated 4th September, 2025, the impugned order granting bail to opposite party no.2 was suspended and he was directed to surrender before the learned trial court and pray for regular bail afresh.
2. Mr. Kaustav Bagchi, learned Advocate for the petitioner appearing through virtual mode submits that in compliance to the order of this Court dated 4th September, 2025 the opposite party no.2 surrendered before the trial court and he has been granted bail on irrelevant consideration.
3. Learned Advocates for the State as well as the opposite party No.2 submit that the opposite party no.2 has been granted bail by the learned trial court upon surrender and
the subsequent grant of bail cannot be challenged in the present proceedings.
4. In light of the above developments, nothing survives in the present application.
5. In view of the above, CRM (M) 1148 of 2025 stands disposed of.
