On the prayer of the petitioner, liberty is granted to withdraw the application and take necessary steps before the appropriate forum.

In the event the petitioner takes steps before the appropriate forum within two weeks from date, the appropriate forum shall dispose of the application filed by the petitioner on merits and shall not dismiss the same on the ground of limitation. The learned appropriate Court shall consider the application upon granting reasonable opportunity of hearing to both the parties in accordance with law.

Further liberty is granted to the petitioner to withdraw the certified copy of the order filed by him in the present application upon furnishing photocopy thereof.

The revisional application being CRR No. 2818 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
