Pursuant to the direction given by this Court an affidavit affirmed on 15th September, 2022 by the alleged contemnor no. 3 has been filed today which is taken on record. It appears that the alleged contemnor no. 3 has expressed unqualified apology in view of delay made in allowing the applicant to resume her duty and the same is accepted.

Mr. Biswarup Biswas, learned advocate representing the applicant has also submitted that the applicant does not wish to use any affidavit-in-reply to the affidavits filed by the contemnors.

In consideration of the fact that the direction as contained in the order dated 6th July, 2022 is complied with the contempt application stands disposed of and the contempt rule also stands discharged.
