1. The petitioner was unauthorizedly absent from Karmutola Primary School under District Primary School Council, Malda. Three years later, he emerges before the School and prayed for leave to join. The School declined the same and rightly so.

2. The petitioner has been deemed as unauthorizedly absent by the District Primary School Council, Malda.

3. In those circumstances, the District Primary School Council, Malda and/or the Appointing Authority shall commence appropriate disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner for unauthorized absence and pass appropriate order in accordance with law and the applicable Rules.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
