On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State who has placed the case diary, it appears that the Titagarh Police Station Case No. 473 of 2021 has ended in FRMF.
The present case has been filed praying for quashing of proceedings of G.R. No. 5839 of 2021 pending before the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore, North 24Parganas and the FIR being Titagarh P.S. Case No. 473 of 2021 dated 12/7/2021 under Section 406/420/384/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
In view of the fact that the investigation has ended in FRMF, the present revisional application is disposed of as infructuous.
Accordingly, CRR 2723 of 2022 is disposed of as infructuous.
The petitioner is at liberty to appear before the trial Court and pray for appropriate relief. All applications connected thereto stand disposed of.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial Court for compliance.
