And In Re : Rizwan Ahmed @ Rijuwan Kuwarshi @ Khureshi & Ors. ...... petitioners Mr. Sagar Saha .....for the petitioners Mr. Arijit Ganguly Mr. Avik Ghatak ....for the State Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners and the State and having considered the materials in the case diary and having considered the fact that the principal accused is not before the Court seeking anticipatory bail and having considered the complicity of the petitioners in the alleged incident, we grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of

Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further conditions that the petitioner no. 1 (Rizwan Ahmed @ Rijuwan Kuwarshi @ Khureshi) shall meet the investigating officer once in a month till the conclusion of the investigation and petitioner nos. 2 and 3, namely, Mamtaj Ali @ Md. Momtaj Ali and Pampa Bibi @ Arefa Bibi respectively will cooperate with the investigation and shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date.
