Having heard learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned advocate for the State and in consideration of the statement made by the victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C. placed in the Case Diary, we are not inclined to admit the accused on bail.

Hence, the bail application being C.R.M. 7268 of 201 is dismissed. However, considering the custody of the accused for the last 457 days, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial. (Ananda Kumar Mukherjee, J.) (Shivakant Prasad, J.)
