School shall furnish appropriate reasons as to why the petitioner's application for transfer has been refused within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order. Let the decision be communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
