Learned advocate for the writ petitioner has filed a letter dated 24.09.2024 as written by his client, Chaitali Dey requesting him to withdraw the writ petition. 3.

Learned advocate for the writ petitioner thus submits before this Court that pursuant to the request made by the writ petitioner, the instant writ petition may be disposed of as withdrawn.

After hearing the learned advocates for the parties, this Court finds no predicament in allowing the prayer for withdrawal of the writ petition.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition being WPA 17490 of 2024 stands hereby withdrawn and is disposed of.
