Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has filed the present writ application that the bank has not sanctioned the education loan amount but during the pendency of the present writ application the bank has already sanctioned the education loan amount and as such no order is required to be passed in the present writ application.

2. In view of the above, WPA 16419 of 2025 is dismissed as infructuous.
