Case No. 28 of 2008 dated 09.02.2008.

Having regard to the steps taken by the Learned CJM, Alipore, South 24 Parganas, I am of the view that the order passed in CRR 2294 of 2009 has been complied with. With the above observations, CRR 2579 of 2023 is disposed of.
