It is submitted that the order dated 15th November, 2006 passed in WP 8555 (W) of 2003, being the subject matter of the contempt petition, has been complied with. A bunch of documents in support of such contention has been made over to the Court, which is taken on record.

On a perusal of such documents, it appears that the pension of the applicant/petitioner was revised on 27th September, 2007 and thereafter the revised pension was also paid to the applicant/petitioner.

The applicant/petitioner remains unrepresented. In the facts and circumstances, the contempt proceedings is dropped by recording compliance of the order, the violation whereof was alleged in the contempt

petition. The contempt petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

Rule stands discharged accordingly.
