1. This petitioner by way of this public interest writ petition seeks for a direction upon the District Land and Land Reforms Officer to consider the representation before the District Land and Land Reforms Officer, Paschim Medinipur dated 28.06.2024.

2. Without going into the merits of the contention raised, there will be a direction to the District Land and Land Reforms Officer, Paschim Medinipur, namely, the respondent no.6 herein to consider the representation dated 28.06.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and to communicate the same to the writ petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the server copy of this order.

3. The petitioner is directed to submit the copies of the representation and other records by

appearing in person in the office of the District Land and Land Reforms Officer and also annexing the copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, the petition stands disposed of.
