Claiming parity with other co-accused persons in CRM (A) 1950 of 2024 and several other proceedings mentioned in the order passed by this Bench on 02.7.2024 in CRM (A) 1985 of 2024 have not been denied on behalf of the State.

Charge sheet has already been submitted.

We are of the opinion that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not necessary.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM Basirhat, North 24 Parganas and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
5. It is further directed that the present petitioner shall appear before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Basirhat, North 24 Parganas in connection with G.R. No. 1726 of 2019 within one week from date.

It is further directed that the petitioner shall appear on every date before the jurisdictional Court on and from the date fixed for appearance of the accused and in default the jurisdictional Court will pass appropriate order to secure presence of the petitioner in Court including cancelling the anticipatory bail granted without further reference to this Court.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is disposed of. 8.
