On November 08, 2004 the petitioner was engaged as a Para Teacher at Bidurpore Vidyaniketan (HS), District: Purba Medinipur, he is praying fixation of his scale of pay at par with the regular teacher of the said school.

The engagement of the petitioner is purely on temporary basis, as such his prayer is misconceived.

WPA 17045 of 2022 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
