-AndIn the matter of: Vishnu Mundhra @ Bishnu Mundra ... ... Petitioner Mr. S. Chowdhury ..... For the Petitioner Mr. Neguire Ahmed Ms. Ayantika Ray .....For the State Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not present at the locale when the alleged incident occurred. All the other co-accused were granted bail. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court and the materials in the Case Diary. She submits that the petitioner is the kingpin of the gambling racket. Considering the materials in the Case Diary and the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The application for anticipatory bail is rejected. Accordingly, CRM (A) 3654 of 2022 is dismissed. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Bibhas Ranjan De, J.)
